The Masa Educational Design Unit provides multiple opportunities for professional development to the Masa programs’ staff. The offer is based on Masa’s Journey Approach and offers insights, theories and methodologies to design effective educational experiences.
The approach is built on theories and models from the fields of educational design, adult learning and career development, and focuses on the design of identity building experiences in Israel.
