Masa Israel Teaching Fellows (MITF) is a 10 month teaching fellowship that brings native English speakers to Israel to teach English while building genuine connections fostering hope, resilience, and enacting positive change to Israeli youth during these challenging times. No teaching experience or Hebrew needed.

Fellows are between the ages of 21-35 with a Bachelor or Associate’s Degree (diploma) that identify as Jewish. Career development opportunities outside of the classroom are available in the form of volunteering, professional networking events, and more. Choose from one of 12 cities around the country to live and teach in.
