To: Masa Israel Journey (Masa: The Project for the Encouragement of Long Term Programs in Israel for Jewish Young Adults Ltd.) (Hereinafter: "Masa"): Waiver and Release of Liability – Declaration and Undertaking

1.	I am the parent/legal guardian of , a minor aged , (Hereinafter: "My child") participating in  – Masa program operated by the organizer , (Hereinafter: "The Program"). In light of this period, in which war is underway in the region and Israel's airspace is closed for obvious reasons, my child has voluntarily and on his/her own initiative requested to end his/her participation in the program ,with all that this implies and/or had or about to finish his/her participation in the program ; and has also requested that Masa assist him/her in leaving Israel.
2.	I hereby declare, undertake and know that Masa was able to find me a place on a chartered flight, which is scheduled to depart on  together with other participants, to  – and that Masa had no obligation to do so and that it and/or anyone on its behalf has no liability of any kind in this matter.
3.	I am aware that Masa acted in this manner above and beyond the call of duty and without being obligated to do so. I am aware and agree that from the moment my child board the plane, Masa and/or anyone on its behalf and/or the organizer will no longer have any liability towards my child. I undertake to indemnify Masa and/or anyone on its behalf for any amount that it will be required to pay for a claim filed in this matter by and/or anyone on my child's behalf and/or by any third party; provided that you notify me of receipt of such a claim.
4.	I know that Masa and the Jewish Agency made a great effort to find a place for my child on the flight, and therefore I undertake that he/she will show up on time for the flight and board it. In addition, I undertake that me and my child will not publish any details about the flight, or upload any such details on social media, after the security considerations involved have been explained to me.
5.	I undertake that my child will obey and follow the instructions of all the rules used during the flight, the Program's and/or the Jewish Agency's and/or Masa’s representatives, Israeli border authorities, and immigration authorities, and the flight crew; and it is clear to me that I will bear any damage and/or consequences that may result from inappropriate behavior on my child's part, while Masa and/or anyone on its behalf does not and will not have any liability of any kind in this regard.
6.	I know and agree that Masa and/or anyone on its behalf has no responsibility of any kind whatsoever regarding the flight and that, among other things, I must ensure that I insure my child accordingly. I further acknowledge that I accept full responsibility for making my child's onward arrangements from wherever the flight arrives. I also know and agree that once my child have boarded, he/she must manage on it's own, whether he/she decide to stay in  or whether he/she decide to go home or any elsewhere; and that Masa and/or anyone on its behalf has no responsibility and/or obligation to take care of my child's personal needs and/or to find him/her onward transportation, accommodation, a flight and/or voyage and/or any other means.
7.	I undertake not to make any demands and/or claims of any kind against Masa and/or anyone on its behalf. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the term 'Masa and/or anyone on its behalf' includes, among others, the Jewish Agency and/or the Government of Israel and/or any federations (hereinafter: "the Released Parties").
8.	I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in all activities associated with this trip, including by way of example and not limitation, any physical or property-related risks that may arise, whether from negligence or carelessness on my child's part or from circumstances beyond anyone’s control. I further confirm that I am solely responsible for ensuring that my child holds a valid passport and any other travel documents required. 
9.	I hereby waive, release and discharge the Released Parties of all claims, beneficiary claims included, or compensation of any kind, including expenses of any type, past, present or future, that arise or will arise, directly or indirectly, as a consequence of my decision and/or my child's decision to take the trip to .  I hereby waive, release and discharge the Released Parties, from any or all liability and\or causes of action of any kind, which I (or anyone acting on my behalf, including my child) might raise against them and that arise and\or will arise directly or indirectly, as a consequence of my decision and/or my child's decision to take the trip to .
10.	I hereby declare that I will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result or in connection with my decision and/or my child's decision to take the trip to .
