Should I choose the 6-week or 8-week program?
Great question! The 6-week program is perfect if you want to test life in Israel, have limited remote work flexibility, or need to get back to other commitments. You'll still get comprehensive career training and job market access. The 8-week program is ideal if you're seriously exploring Aliyah, want deeper immersion in Israel's professional ecosystem, more advanced workshops, and stronger industry connections. Both programs give you the tools to launch your career here—the 8-week just goes deeper.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for young professionals and recent graduates who work remotely (freelancers, digital nomads, startup employees, etc.) and want to experience life in Israel while continuing their job. It's especially great for diaspora Jews exploring a longer-term connection to Israel, considering Aliyah, or looking to build professional roots here.
Can I really keep my current job?
Absolutely! The program is specifically designed around your remote work schedule. You'll maintain your current role while participating in evening and weekend programming, workshops, and networking events. We work around your professional commitments.
What if I'm not sure about Aliyah yet?
That's totally fine! Many participants use this program to explore their options without any commitment. You'll gain real experience living and working in Israel, which helps you make informed decisions about your future. There's no pressure to make Aliyah.
What's included in the program fee?
Your program fee ($500 for 6 weeks or $600 for 8 weeks) covers all programming including career workshops, professional training, job market resources, networking events, program staff support, and two incredible overnight trips with your cohort. The program is heavily subsidized by Masa Israel, so you're getting thousands of dollars of value. The 8-week program includes additional advanced workshops and deeper job market immersion.
Do I need to speak Hebrew?
No Hebrew required! The program and all workshops are conducted in English. However, we will provide resources and opportunities to learn Hebrew if you're interested in building that skill for your future career here.
How competitive is the application process?
We review applications on a rolling basis and have limited spots per cohort. As long as you're working remotely and genuinely interested in exploring professional opportunities in Israel, you have a great chance. Apply early to secure your preferred cohort date.
What about housing and accommodation?
Housing is not included in the $500 program fee, but we provide comprehensive resources and support to help you find affordable accommodation in Tel Aviv. Many participants choose to live together with other cohort members.
