Welcome to the Talent Hub. A project of the Masa Leadership and Impact Center, the Talent Hub builds the capacity of organizers, directors, coordinators and educators working with Masa Fellows to generate greater impact in the field of long-term Israel travel.
Through top courses and training opportunities, the Talent Hub bolsters the professional identity and expertise of the professionals working within the Masa system at the end-user level. Talent Hub ensures that these professionals feel valued, gain value and are more productive as a community in service of Masa and their organizers’ shared goals.
