Masa – the word for journey, with a mission to empower a new generation of connected, committed, and inspired young Jewish adults between the ages of 16-35. Masa assists in shaping a promising future for young Jewish individuals. Fellows participate in 2–10-month programs, where they are encouraged to strive toward personal and/or professional growth. Fellows can choose from various Masa products; Masa Career, Masa Gap, Masa Israel Teaching Fellows, MasaTech, Masa Academic Fellows, Masa Jewish Studies, and Masa Aliyah Prep.
