Description
The media and marketing coordinator works on projects related to digital promotion and marketing of the company. Works directly with the Business Development/Marketing Manager and CEO.
Responsibilities include:
● Managing Axis Innovation social media facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram and more
● Website assisting in the creation and upkeep of the Axis Innovation events webpages
● Managing Axis Innovation blog
● Assisting in the graphics and content writing on the monthly newsletter sent to 15,000 + people in over 40 countries
● Graphic Design for fliers, email, and website (knowledge in Ai, PS, Powerpoint)
● Assisting in preparation for Axis events and logistics support prior to the event.
● Potential for travel abroad for Axis events with the team. Previous Axis interns have gone abroad to participate at Axis events in Europe.
The media and marketing coordinator will gain real experience in social media, event management, exposure to the start-up ecosystem including start-ups and investors.
Qualifications
Experience with event planning and social media a strong plus. Ideal candidate should be a business, marketing or communications major, with real work experience a plus.
