Guesty is seeking a Junior Events Coordinator intern for the Field Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, the intern will be responsible for supporting Guesty’s global and local events, ranging from virtual and in-person meetups and VIP events to industry conferences, and our annual self-owned event, GuestyVal. This is an excellent opportunity to develop event management skills and work in a fast-paced environment in the travel tech industry.

Responsibilities include:
– Sourcing merchandise for conferences and meetups
– Researching global and local industry events, including sponsorship and speaking opportunities
– Coordinating event logistics
– Assisting the Head of Field Marketing in planning Guesty’s largest self-owned event, GuestyVal, including managing guest registration, answering event inquiries, and supporting ticket purchasing
– Sourcing venues and obtaining price proposals for events held globally
– Researching global event suppliers from photographers to furnishing companies
– Sourcing price proposals that fit our event budget

– Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
– Studying, or has studied, marketing and/or event management or has relevant experience
