Your responsibilities will include managing ScaleUp Israel communications and market penetration in startups while building strategic relationships with startup-focused influencers, including entrepreneurs, Hi-Tech executives, venture capital firms, accelerators and incubators, and other players of the startup ecosystem.
With Latin American founders who made Aliya a decade ago, and with offices and teams in Tel Aviv, Bogotá and Buenos Aires, ScaleUp Israel will also offer to interns the possibility to work in a Spanish-speaking environment with Israeli culture, while also directly working with Israel’s best Hi-Tech and best entrepreneurs.
At the end of the internship, in case the professional will not continue in our company, a Senior Manager of our organization will write a recommendation letter or post in LinkedIn, recommending you in case you did a great job with us!

Economists, Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Agronomist, Lawyers, Engineers & Sales.
The ideal candidate will also possess sales, business development, and technical background along with experience working in or with startups, but this is not a must 😉

What Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for a Junior Web Developer to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. We are looking for a motivated, creative web developer with a knack for marketing and brand. You’ll combine your technical know-how and client-centric mindset to execute on web development projects that fulfill the needs of our marketing department:
– Develop and manage our digital assets: blog, paid acquisition landing pages, personalization tools, emails, external web assets, and out-of-the-box projects
– Work closely with other developers, designers, and marketing department to expand and optimize the Hyro.ai website
– Build and manage smart and scalable web assets on Webflow
– Implement A/B testing on key pages to support conversion rate optimization
– Have a proactive approach to testing and reviewing your own code
– 2+ years of experience studying/ developing websites
– Demonstrable understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
– Detail-oriented with an emphasis on beautiful and resilient UI
– Strong communicator with an urge to make an impact
– Basic knowledge in SVG animations, SEO, accessibility, performance optimization, browser compatibility issues
– Fluent in spoken and written English
– Experience with React, Next.js, and the Jamstack – Advantage

We’re searching for Marketing Interns to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. We are looking for energetic, motivated, and data-driven junior marketers with a passion for emerging technologies. Basically, we might be looking for you. Nobody goes to school for B2B marketing; at Hyro, we offer a crash course in the departments needed to excel across multiple marketing functions. As a marketing team member, you’ll play a key role in generating demand around Hyro’s natural language and conversational technologies:
– Implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
– Connect with influencers in the conversational AI space and key verticals to grow Hyro’s industry authority
– Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
– Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
– Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
– Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
– Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
– Preference to candidates who have experience in landing pages, CMS or web development platforms

In this role, you’ll be working with our seasoned account executives to research and build a pipeline in new and existing sales territories. Responsibilities
Set qualified meetings for our Sales Representatives through cold calling to targeted accounts
Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory

Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
