As Vinvo is still a pre-seed stage start-up, the intern will be assigned diverse tasks and will be making a real impact in the company. The intern’s main responsibility will be to assist with the diverse aspects of business development which include:
– Fundraising (presentation to potential investors, collecting and analyzing sales and customers data, researching social impact funds …)
– Marketing (social media strategy, preparing social media posts such as Instagram pictures/videos and LinkedIn articles, promoting individual closets on Facebook groups …)
– Collaboration with nonprofit organizations & strategy (joint campaigns, communication with nonprofits, organize & supervise volunteering events …)
– Strategy & operations (improve logistics & strategy, brainstorming …)
– Website improvement (upload new items to the website, brainstorming …)

The ideal candidate should be someone who is motivated and cares to make an impact. Preferred background in marketing although not mandatory. We are more interested in finding someone who is not afraid to take on responsibility and is proactive. As we are a very small team, we need someone we can rely on and who sees the big picture.

Alon Livne is looking for a Collection Manager for a full-time position (Sunday to Thursday) at our Tel Aviv offices. The manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Creation and management of Style Production Files.

Managing the studio’s raw material inventory.

Working with distributors in the country and abroad.

Purchase management of all material and fabric orders.

Assisting the Art Director with technical creative issues.

Fluent English, basic Hebrew is a plus.
Experience with Priority ERP software if a plus.

About The Role
• Develop or update brand identity, standards, and brand management tools as needed.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and product team to create content to support clients, sales and educational material
• Build our website and marketing materials and develop new components while working on a clear design system

About the role:
• Create onboarding for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create assets to support clients needs
• Monitor and optimize clients performance
• Conduct tests and experiments to maximize their performance
• Work closely with product and engineering to synthesize and prioritize product feedback.
• Create reports customer-facing activities, including results analysis and recommendations

Help us manage creative, eye-catching publicity on social media by frequent posting and making videos of our fashion events, taking photos of the fashion creations made by the participants at the fashion studio. You are also welcome ( but not required) to participate in workshops offered as well as to lead a class in any related fashion skills connected to making clothing or accessories or teaching skills for marketing fashion on social media if you wish😊

The ideal candidate would:
-Enjoy the challenge of creating a buzz on social media and like creating content for posting
– would have some background or experience in marketing on social media or in publicity
– would have some graphic design skills in order to design posters for events
-would be friendly and feel comfortable working with Arab and Israeli women together
– would enjoy fashion, however, she need not have skills in fashion

Assist and advise clients with a professional demeanor all while providing excellent service and satisfying their needs.

Meet the sales and efficiency goals set by the Store Manager & CEO.

On a daily basis, complete appointment-related tasks in order to properly prepare for upcoming appointments while ensuring perfect attention to detail, store organization, and customer satisfaction.

Generate business and traffic through the management of your client portfolio in addition to the clients that arrive through the means of the marketing manager.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (including).

Fluent Hebrew speaker, English is a plus.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge.

We are looking for an amazing video editor intern to join our fast-growing team. You will have the great opportunity to become an essential part of the creative team at Squadded and take a key role in communicating our vision, brand, and product to the world

We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to make videos, we’re looking for someone who can come up with visionary ideas and produce them all the way through to the final product.

About the role:
• Work closely with the marketing team to design creative assets and ads
• Collaborate with our product team on creating videos to support features and products.
• Generate new video ideas to showcase products
• Conduct research to use to always be on top and utilize the latest trends

Requirements:
• Some examples showcasing video editing skills (motion design is an advantage)
• Concept and produce videos with a strong sense of animation, design, and typography.
• Sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends
• Advantage – Work experience with After Effects & Premiere Pro.
