Squadded is a fast-growing social e-commerce startup that allows interactive social shopping on any eCommerce website, on a mission to disrupt the eCommerce market by introducing a unique combination of data, marketing, technology, and product innovation.

We are looking for an amazing customer success intern to join our fast-growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to be in the front seat in our early-stage startup and really make a difference in the full cycle from helping customers onboard to making sure we create a successful and long-term implementation.

About the role:
• Create onboarding for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create assets to support clients needs
• Monitor and optimize clients performance
• Conduct tests and experiments to maximize their performance
• Work closely with product and engineering to synthesize and prioritize product feedback.
• Create reports customer-facing activities, including results analysis and recommendations

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Fluent in English. French, Spanish, and other languages are a plus
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Attention to details
• Resourceful, self-starter, and independent thinker
• Creative mindset, finding innovative ways of looking at things
• Team player, collaborative, responsive
• Detail-oriented
