The creative director will be responsible for creating and editing content for our real estate firm. The films will be of the Tel Aviv neighborhoods, lifestyle, and properties. The job allows the intern to experience Tel Aviv’s most candid elements while using their own creative talents to produce films. The videos will give viewers a taste of what it’s like to live in Tel Aviv through the eyes of a local.

The intern should be creative and fun, have a background in film and editing.

The graphic designer is responsible for creating and editing all the pictures and posts used for listings and marketing. They oversee any stylistic content that goes out to the public. They are also in charge of designing 3D virtual designs of the property.

University education in graphic design, or prior experience from a different country.

– Designing and staging apartments for showings and before photo shoots & video tours.

– The intern must have a creative eye and attention to detail. –
– Must have superior communication.
-It is preferred that the intern has sketching ability and computer knowledge.

• Marketing Strategies: we will want you to have a substantial influence on how the Realya brand is perceived.
• Preparation of Marketing materials- Assist in the preparation of ongoing marketing materials for our variety of products.
• Social Media Strategies: Help design and influence our social media campaigns as well as map out a long-term social media campaign.
o Initiating social media campaigns, enabling fresh and dynamic content updates, and providing tools to inspire others to discover all that Realya
offers.
o Occasionally share posts about Realya on your personal Facebook pages

• Assist in Event Planning:
• Publications: Write professional content for publication about Realya and its

Marketing/social media
Using social media platforms to connect with our audience to build our brand, increase sales, and drive website traffic. This involves publishing great content on your social media profiles, listening to, and engaging your followers, analyzing your results, and running social media advertisements.
The major social media platforms (now) are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Tick Tok.

Marketing Social Media

The intern will be responsible for photographing/filming and editing apartment, new developments, offices, and more.

The intern should have experience with editing and photoshop programs. The intern must have their own photography equipment. No previous experience is required but it is a bonus.
