Description
You’ll work collaboratively to turn complex problems into intuitive experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to define not only the visual design and user experience but also the interactions that bring these solutions to life. You’ll research complex customer workflows, validate customer problems, and create transformative solutions that are natural, accessible, and effortless. To help our product team successfully deliver customer-focused solutions, you will engage with customers to conduct user research, both tactical and strategic, to inform product and design direction with the customer’s voice.
Responsibilities:
Design projects through the product development life-cycle, working closely with the Product and Engineering teams
Break down complex problems to find simple, efficient solutions
Lead end-to-end research initiatives that help uncover actionable insights
Be data-driven and have a strong desire to constantly improve the experience
Experiment with innovative and compelling ways to shed new light on customer experiences to help inform strategic decision-making for our business
Qualifications
Self-starter who has a strong desire to carve out a path, make an impact, and grow with the company
Passionate about working on complex problems and designing effortless, powerful solutions
A thorough understanding of user experience concepts, mainly on web products
