Our internships

In the center we have two main programs:

1. Children & youth – for kids and teens age 6-21 which include a big veriaty of sport activities such as: swimming, basketball, soccer, art, cycling act’…
This program takes place twice a week, on Sunday and Wednesday between 15:00-18:00.

2. Adult program- for adults age 21 and above which includes table tennis, cycling, gym act’…
This program takes place twice a week on Monday and Thursday between 15:00-18:00.

Volunteers in the ISCD take part in the different programs in the center and assist the coaches in the different activities

we prefer intens who have a background in sport and or working with physical disabled people speaking Hebrew is an advantage

The customer service representative will assist in his work to the customer service manager and the rest of the team, and will learn how to use professional systems to this advantage.

No previous background or experience is needed. The candidate must love people and have a desire to help others

Multi-role associate for the IAB.
Youth Baseball coach- Local teams, national teams, national team programs, and special events.
Outreach support- Raise awareness of Israel Baseball within schools and community events.
Logistics- help operate the baseball league.
Player- will play in our adult league 2 nights a week

4-5 days of work. Some travel necessary.

Our company is on the verge of spreading to new markets. Therefore, we will be happy to offer the challenge of conducting a full market analysis circle, planning a go to market strategy based on research results, and conduct a full marketing plan for it. The intern will receive several markets to dive into, analyze and decide its compatibility and success chances. Next stage will be to create an optional B2B Go-To market strategy in the sports world.

We would like someone to help manage, organize, clean up, modernize, and connect all of our social media pages in order for us to have the biggest possible presence on all platforms.

Seeking someone who knows how to work numerous social media accounts and can connect to new people every day. Also seeking someone who is experienced in running social media accounts and understands how to grow Hyfit’s pages to the next level.

We need someone who knows the fitness industry and the direction it is heading so we can be out in front of the competition.

Someone who can provide insight into the new era of workout gear combined with tech and how we compare to provide an understanding of different markets and trends.

English, would be helpful if you knew Hebrew but not necessary.

Objectives of this Role
· Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
· Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
· Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
· Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
· Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
· Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
· Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
· Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
· Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
· Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
· Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

Professional certification such as Six Sigma Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor
Superb computer competence including database management
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology methods and tools
Analytical problem solving and decision making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices version control practices and defect management practice
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Russian preferred
Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
Advantages Experience in the design and execution of automated tests
