A significant part of the operation of the organization is weekly based activities where the participants take part in discussions and in sharing their thoughts and ideas. This position includes both creating and distributing new content in relation to current events using methods that apply to young – adults. In addition, the position includes maintaining an ongoing connection with the participants and Shlichim at the different destinations of the organization worldwide in order to understand the local challenges and to create a database of content and activities.
This position includes:

1. Innovation and creation of content for the activities of LAVI houses worldwide
2. maintain a weekly connection with the local representatives of the organization at the different destinations and keep track of their activities and content.
3. creating and maintaining an online database of content and activities.
4. Create a monthly report for the CEO, reflecting the activities and challenges at each destination.

1. Excellent interpersonal relationship abilities.

3. Good understanding of media platforms such as google share, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Interns will be integrated with the young and vibrant team of the museum in 1. artistic development, 2. community building, 3. online outreach, 4. PR, 5. business development, 6. educational programs, and more. We are open to ideas and the intern will enjoy close collaboration with all team members and will have a desk and office space.

– Coordinate online events of the Israel-Asia Center over the year, covering a range of issues spanning Israel-Asia relations, trends, and developments in Asia – and their implications/opportunities for Israel – for journalists, government officials, diplomats, business leaders, and thought leaders.

– Coordinate a series of bi-monthly online events over the course of the year – including press briefings, public webinars, and exclusive briefings/networking events for alumni of the Israel-Asia Center’s leadership programs.

– Research topics and speakers for potential events.

– Coordinate all logistics, marketing, promotion, and registration for events – in Israel and Asia.

– Fluent English (spoken and written)
– Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

– Ability to take initiative, and manage tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
– Media savvy, and ability to manage events, seminars and break-out rooms on Zoom.
– Active interest in news, trends, and developments in Asia across multiple sectors.

The mission will be to participate in the daily activity of the sales desk and work closely with the COO for Sales teams.
The main focus of this position will be to :

– Assist the management in providing reports and business analysis of the Sales activity. Examples: Proactively put in place new tools and dashboards for monitoring the activity, prepare & send management reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
– Assist in coordinating new projects linked to the improvements of the sales activity.

The Sales Development Representative will answer to the Business Development Manager/Director of a growing Startup in Jerusalem, dealing with Linguistics and Language Evaluation for Workforce and Education.

The startup is involved in many large scale hiring and education operations around the world, and business development requires engagement with a vast range of clientele and cultures.

The SDR will be involved in the early stages of the sales process, in discovering and penetrating new markets using a variety of lead generation techniques and market research. The SDR will receive training in the basic skills required for lead generation, and will gain an understanding of business development strategies and the abilities necessary for conducting successful skills.

The SDR will conduct routine checks on the leads which they have produced, and will move the leads along the pipeline to the stage of a sales meeting with a member of the business development team.

Required:

High Level Communication Skills in English (Native speaker, High Level Writing)

Ability to Formulate Emails and messages in a clear and concise way, while including key information.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Team Player with good work ethic

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

Your responsibilities would be to assist our head of user acquisition to recruit physicians to our platform.
