A BIM Manager’s responsibilities vary greatly per project.

New hire will work directly with senior BIM Manager on high profile projects mostly tech sector, laboratory / hospital, or industrial factory based.

Charged with Creating and Directing BIM scope of work per project and client needs.
Coordinating and Managing implementation of BIM tools to achieve project’s BIM demands.
These often include globally coordinated Revit models on the BIM360 Construction Cloud.

BIM managers create workflows to ensure all design information is present in various design software, readily available to clients, project management, designers, contractors. AMEC has patented BIM tools for performing QA/QC on all design team models.

AMEC contracts usually include MEP coordination within building envelop via clash detection. Proposed solutions reflect actual on-site clearances needed for successful Construction/Execution. Quantities estimates and Operations & Management including HVAC flow dynamics or LEED building standards may be included.

In order to work effectively with other members on a design project, applicant will need ONE of the following:
1) B.S. in Civil Engineering of any emphasis
2) B.S. in any MEP Design
3) B.S. in Architectural design
4) 3 years on-site Construction Execution experience
– includes: project management / estimating / scheduling / contracts

Technical must have experience with at least ONE:
Revit / Navisworks

Writing content for Welltech Ventures website and other marketing materials, creating presentations, handling all social media platforms of Welltech Ventures, creating and updating a database of potential partners, organizing events, conducting market research, ambitious sourcing of clients to grow our client base and more.

Strong multi-tasking skills
Major / minor Marketing / Financial / Business / Economics
Experience working with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent people skills
Advantage: Knowledge of the tech eco-system in Israel

– Conduct market research and support due diligence efforts as part of GC’s sourcing and pipeline processes
– Support, analyze, and enhance GC’s various databases
– Contribute to GC׳s branding and manage all marketing efforts
– Support the Movement operations (challenges process operations, events operations, partners relations, etc.)

Excited about early-stage investing and the venture/startup landscape
Have experience in due diligence, and market research, or substantial experience in operations
Outstanding verbal and written skills

Currently pursuing an MBA (preferred, but not required)

* Support the concept and programming in the early stages of the project.

* Lead the design phase of the project.

* Support the Contract team, organize potential bidding companies.

* Handle the bidding process, compare offers, negotiate, Recommend contractor.

* Manage and supervise during the construction period.

* Support the finance and claim departments of the client

* Hand out the project to its use.

A degree in Engineering or Management

Designing sanitary plumbing and fire protection systems and water infrastructure, sewage, drainage and canalization using Revit and AutoCad softwares. Shall work with well-known and leading companies in Israel, in complex, interesting and wide-ranging projects.

Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCad drawing software. Knowledge of additional drawing software – an advantage.
Experience and understanding in the area of sanitary plumbing systems, fire extinguishing systems and water infrastructure, sewage, drainage and canalization
Proven experience and understanding in the field of design.
Personal responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team, initiative, order and organization.
Good interpersonal skills.

Manage, organize and implement company’s database

• Scout for new innovative seed-stage startups
• Screen startup applications based on their technology, business model, market potential, competitive landscape team, and more.
• Conduct full investment due diligence of the startups
• Prepare materials for the investment committee

• Working closely with Startups on value creation for their company

The position includes full planning of buildings, from initial planning to field supervision of execution.
It will require working with Israeli and international standards,
while performing dynamic analysis

Beginner or experienced civil engineer wanted for integration into the planning team of the firm.
– Familiarity with Revit, Office, AutoCAD
– Experience in building planning

Responsibilities include:

– Assisting with due diligence on potential investments.
– Assisting the co-founders of Welltech Ventures in daily roles.
– Preparing reports on potential investments and portfolio companies.
