A fast-growing international make-up brand based in central Tel Aviv is looking for a content writer.

Responsibilities:
– Create high-engagement, error-free content that reflects our brand’s voice for multiple platforms such as social (IG, FB, YT), print, digital, website, and newsletters.
– Work closely with design, marketing, PR, and customer support to develop a variety of creative content & marketing materials
– Balance many projects simultaneously and deliver each one on time.
– Assist in SEO & keywords implementation

Requirements:
– Native English speaking & writing – Must
– 1-year experience in content writing

Assistance in day-to-day administrative tasks related to candidates, running tests, coordinating interviews, managing follow-up and data related to candidates’ status in the process.
Assistance in planning and producing HH, parties and “Gibush days” for employees, plan budgets, Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, order give-aways and more.

Orientation to HR, Candidate should be an energetic, initiative, multitask, super friendly, with management and organization skills.
Prior knowledge and experience working with all office software is a must.

Hebrew proficiency required – basic level of speaking and reading.

– Scooting/Research:
– technology/startup watch by searching the press, specialized websites, and if possible by attending events/conferences
– Follow up latest technology developments
– Analysis of gathered information and sharing relevant knowledge with the team

– Depending on work schedule during the internship, assist on M&A transactions and/or Fund Raising engagement and/or other corporate finance missions.

The candidate should be:
– A graduate or student of a Top-tier Business School – MUST
– Fluent in English (MUST), Hebrew is a plus
– Interested to learn about the Israeli start-up ecosystem
– With good organization and communications skills, and an excellent sense of synthesis

A fast-growing international makeup brand based in central Tel-Aviv is looking for an Orders Operator and Inventory Planner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Receive, process, and follow up customer POs according to product availability and delivery dates.
• Monitoring product inventory and allocating stock accordingly to customers based on availability.
• Plan inventory according to customer demand.
• Place POs in the factory according to customer demand.
• Working closely with the Development and Account Manager team to ensure deadlines are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• An English speaker – Mother Tongue Level –
• Proficiency to work on computerized systems and databases (SAP, Excel, etc.)
• At least 2 years of proven experience in an operational position working directly with a logistics warehouse. (Inventory Management, Planning, Distribution, Order Processing, different parts of the Supply Chain, etc.).
• Communicate directly with customers regarding PO status.
• Monitoring inventory levels and communication with logistics warehouses.
• High proficiency in Excel – Data Analysis –
• An organized and analytical individual.
