The main tasks to be dealt with are:
* Search for potential business opportunities/ relevant companies in Israel and abroad
* Search and sign up for relevant conferences abroad
* Create a monthly lineup for social media posts and themes and work with the company designer when needed
* Collect ideas / content and create information for monthly newsletters

Needs to be creative with good writing skills, ability to do in-depth research as well as keep up with the hottest travel trends.

Scale and professionalize our services through process design and optimization.

Establish and oversee team KPIs, reporting out to the team and management on a regular basis.

Resourceful, detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about what you do. Have the demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must. Well versed in process flows and optimization, analytics, project scoping, cross-functional collaboration and you’re familiar with the digital or technology market. Comfortable with a dynamic work environment, can stay organized and focused in the midst of ambiguity, and have a strong analytical problem solving mindset (as you’ll be an important part of building the business from the ground up, allowing for accelerated learning and growth).

We’re looking for a Data Analyst Intern for the research team in the CTO office, reporting to the VP Research. The research team is based in Tel Aviv, dealing with rapid innovation, prototyping and detailed research of regulations and policies. As a data analyst intern, you will be part of a team that creates the most advanced and comprehensive tools for discovering sensitive data. Cynet is looking for a marketing coordinator to become the main axis of our marketing activity. You are a critical team member, responsible for cross-functional project coordination across all aspects of marketing: content marketing, product marketing, demand generation, field marketing & channel marketing. You will also be accountable for all logistical aspects of marketing, including managing Asana, the project management platform, managing NetSuite, our PO and invoices system, coordinating incentive programs, managing our WordPress website, and more.
What will you do:
• Manage Asana, our project management platform, A-Z: creating projects and tasks, assigning them to team members, following up with each team member to make sure they are done on time.
• Maintain the Cynet WordPress website, including updating new content and images, etc.
• Oversee our rebranding project, including coordinating the updating of all website pages and collateral.
• Track and update the Cynet marketing budget, making sure we are on track with plans.
• Execute all logistical tasks involved in the marketing ongoing operations: tracking of bonuses, shipping of giveaways, etc.
