Ability to analyze and understand data in economics

This is a wide-ranging position in the area of investment rounds in startups. You will be working with every aspect of processing these investment rounds.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze and manage portfolio companies’ financial data
-Work with financial statements, budget

-Financial background(through studies or previous work experience) or a strong interest in financial issues

-Understanding of VBA is preferable

1) Gather and organize information, collect data, and analyze and produce research reports that summarize findings

2) Use the newest online tools to understand user behaviour to improve online products

3) Create and assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs to illustrate reports

4) Create marketing materials including presentations executive summaries

You will mainly be focused on research, creating business plans, and market analysis. You will work closely with senior staff and your work will be used to support key business decisions. This role is a unique opportunity to see a broad view of the overall business, while still exploring the detailed approach of forecast preparation.

The intern will assist in several tasks with large access to our full activities and responsabilities

What awaits you
● You will be assisting the investments partners in the deal-flow processes up to the negotiations with potential IDCx and/or AnD Ventures companies
● You will take care of the valuation and analysis of potential investment cases as well as related market-, industry- and technology deep-dives
● You will proactively research and analyse market and industry trends to identify the best early stage companies and founding teams
● You will create investment proposals and presentations for internal and external use

Requirements

● Senior student enrolled in a program related to finance, business or engineering
● Deep understanding of digital business-models combined with the analytical skill-set for data-based evaluation
● First experiences in high-growth startups, venture capital and private-equity or in other fast-paced environments within investment banking, strategy-consulting or later stage tech
● Humble team players only
● Excellent command of English and Hebrew and strong interpersonal and digital communication skills

Build and execute the company business activity in the UK:

The person will be in charge of finding new leads and deal with existant leads from the LATAM Market

Vie de l’entreprise :
– assurer l’accueil téléphonique et physique des interlocuteurs internes et externes

Administratif :
– Préparer des documents commerciaux et des reporting destinés aux clients
– Mise en place des processus robustes pour accompagner la croissance de la société

Comptabilité :
– Récupérer et envoyer les pièces comptables au cabinet comptable,
– Assurer le lien avec le cabinet d’expertise comptable,
– Elaborer des rapports d’activité et suivi des tableaux de bords financiers pour la Direction Générale

Formation financière ou justifiant d’au moins une expérience en tant qu’Assistant/e Administratif/ve et Comptable dans un environnement financier (banque et assurance).
Vos atouts sont :
– Capacité d’adaptation et une certaine maturité pour comprendre les enjeux de confidentialité du poste,
– Très bonne maîtrise du français, de l’anglais et de l’hébreu à l’oral et à l’écrit,
– Excellente maîtrise d’MS Office (MS Excel et MS PowerPoint en particulier),
