The MLIC Leadership Fellowship is an opportunity to build your leadership mindset and skill set in a diverse and challenging environment of a 4-day hybrid (online and in-person) fellowship with peers from around the world and a top-class global faculty. Over four days you will explore the core assumptions of leadership and work with a fresh framework for thinking about and practicing leadership based on the Adaptive Leadership model pioneered by the Harvard Kennedy School. The MLIC offers two Fellowships a semester for select post-college Masa Fellows.
The Fellowship aims to generate personal growth and professional and communal progress.
All graduates of the Fellowship receive a joint certification by the Masa Leadership Center and the Kansas Leadership Center.
