Job Description

Manage a variety of different UA channels in the Asian market (including Facebook, Google, local agencies), ownership over specific activities
Develop a strong understanding of the gaming industry in the Asian market, competition, and marketing ecosystem
Collaborate with ad-mon, product, analyst, research, studio & creative teams regularly on exciting, industry-first projects
Research and initiate growth and innovation of various activities
Analyze KPIs for ongoing optimization of paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality, and ROI
Data-centric role, where analytics form the foundation for strategy, optimization, goal setting
Sharing feedback with design teams to drive strategy into the creative development of ads, brainstorming for new creative concepts etc.
Develop new insights and process improvements for UA, analysis, and internal workflows

Qualifications

1+ years mobile performance marketing experience- must
Experience driving growth to mobile games through paid UA channels, experience with Google and FB – an advantage
Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, Ad networks, exchanges, PPC platforms, preload, CPE/Offerwall including tracking tools, attribution, technical integrations
Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment – must
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Data manipulation) able to summarize large data sets into clear visuals
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written – must, Asian languages – an advantage
Exceptional Business Development skills, high emotional intelligence in order to develop close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners
Innovative – someone who thinks outside the box, always interested in the latest trends, building their own opportunities forward
Gamer mentality – someone who appreciates the story, mechanics, and progression of various kinds of games – a big advantage
