Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our startup team as a Sales Coordinator Intern. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales coordination and support activities within a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. As a Sales Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with the CEO and the sales team, assisting in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales processes. There is also the possibility of continuing to work with us after the internship, based on performance and mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team by preparing sales documents, presentations, and reports. Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, including brochures, product sheets, and promotional materials.

Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns. Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales databases, including customer information, sales pipelines, and market trends. Help generate sales reports and analyze data to identify sales opportunities and track sales performance.

Sales Coordination: Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the sales team and the CEO. Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to support the sales team and the CEO in identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team and the CEO.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or recent graduate).

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and the CEO.

Previous experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
