Masa Israel Journey, the largest immersive, long-term educational experiences for young adults ages 18-30, celebrated Israel’s birthday today in a big way – a billboard advertisement in Times Square, wishing Israel a happy “71 years young.”
Masa’s also live broadcast its Yom HaZikaron ceremony, which attracted thousands of participants from Israel and around the world, including the United States, Canada, South Africa, Uruguay, Ukraine, France, Germany, Australia, and England. Both ventures are statements of Masa’s commitment to engaging young people with Jewish life, and offering Israel as the premier destination for developing 21st-century professional and leadership skills.
