About the Role

As our Brand & Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for elevating the Masa brand globally through innovative content creation and visual identity management that serves both B2C and B2B audiences. You’ll craft compelling content that strengthens brand awareness across all touchpoints – from attracting potential participants worldwide to supporting employer branding initiatives and PR efforts in Israel and around the world. Working with diverse global teams, you’ll create content that not only tells the authentic stories of participant transformation but also positions Masa as the premier organization for immersive Israel experiences. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who thrives in a mission-driven environment and can seamlessly navigate between participant-focused content and broader brand awareness initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Global Brand Management

  • Develop and manage new projects to elevate the Masa brand globally across B2C and B2B audiences
  • Support both global and Israeli teams with all branded and design needs
  • Collaborate with and manage external graphic designers for marketing collateral, campaigns, and events – overseeing all project management, communication, and vendor coordination
  • Create visual and branded materials for easy use across all Masa teams
  • Design and coordinate branded swag and promotional materials with vendors for events and fairs worldwide
  • Lead global content initiatives, working with international representatives to adapt content for different markets
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual standards across all international touchpoints

B2C and B2B Content

  • Write marketing content in English to strengthen the Masa Israel Journey brand and attract potential participants from around the world
  • Develop B2B content to support employer branding and partnership initiatives
  • Create marketing content to enhance the customer experience throughout the participant lifecycle
  • Facilitate content adaptation into other languages working with the global marketing team
  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, video scripts, email campaigns, social media content, web copy, and promotional materials
  • Write content for participant portals, event registrations, automated marketing communications, and digital touchpoints

Brand Awareness and PR Collaboration

  • Partner with PR teams globally to develop creative brand awareness campaigns and initiatives
  • Source and craft compelling participant and alumni stories for PR and media opportunities
  • Create content that positions Masa as a thought leader in Israel experience and Jewish engagement

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Global Marketing & Sales, Digital Marketing, IT, and PR teams
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years in creative direction, brand marketing, or content marketing
  • Native English proficiency (mother tongue level)
  • Proven track record with B2C and B2B content for international audiences
  • Experience managing creative projects and external vendor relationships
  • Strong project management skills and collaborative tools experience
  • Exceptional writing skills adaptable for different audiences

Technical Skills

  • Strong visual design sense for creative direction
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
  • Experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, etc.)
  • Basic video editing (preferred)
  • SEO and email marketing experience (preferred)

Preferred

  • Hebrew proficiency
  • Understanding of Israeli culture and Jewish diaspora communities
  • Nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience
  • PR or brand awareness campaign experience
