Youth work (may be combined with above) – Working with Ethiopian Israeli kids and teens on a one to one or group basis. Ideally, assisting with English, or teaching dance, music or some other skill that is not too language-dependent. Some Hebrew is required.

The arrival of the Ethiopian community in Israel is an important milestone in Israel's history but the journey towards true arrival - full integration into society, is an ongoing challenge. The Fidel Association has been meeting the challenge since 1997.
