Job Description

The offered internship will take place at the International Division and include the following responsibilities:

” Assisting in organizing and attending business seminars and events. Some of the events take place as part of visits of foreign business delegations headed by
” Presidents of economic organizations, ministers and prime ministers of various countries. The events include speeches, business & economic information as well as B2B meetings.
” The position will include participating in the events (including registration of the participants) with office work involved before/after the event.

” Updating and adding articles and information to the Chamber of Commerce English website and preferably the Hebrew website.

” Preparing economic reviews for the Chamber’s president/ Head of the international committee meetings.

” Updating contact lists of formal organizations (foreign embassies, Israeli embassies etc) as well as economic organizations (foreign chambers of commerce, investment agencies etc).

” Assisting the department’s team and chamber’s members in various office tasks including initiating contacts with foreign companies and officials.

The FICC is a roof organization of six regional Chambers of Commerce: Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Eilat and Nazareth, each one representing their member's interests in variousofficial entities and providing consultancy to individual businesses.
