Prior experience in Social Media channels such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Quora and Discord is a must, while running PR and promotional community events should be your second nature.

By becoming part of the team in this role, you would also have the opportunity to engage with multiple influencers and opinion leaders in the space, while being part of a philanthropic industry-changing project and experiencing growth in one of the fastest evolving sectors, first-hand. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications, leveraging this channel to fuel business growth and better-integrated Marketing activities.

On a day-to-day basis, your activity would revolve around the following areas:
● Engage with app users and community members in a timely manner on our most used channels (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram)
● Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
● Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams on campaign
Implementation, reporting and leveraging in-the-moment opportunities to use our user community to facilitate growth hacking actions
● Liaise closely with the Product Development and Sales departments to best
communicate new features and updates
● Build relationships with crypto influencers, industry professionals, and journalists
● Stay up-to-date with digital blockchain and cryptocurrency trends (digital trends in
general)
