Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Prospecting: Develop a pipeline of new leads and qualify prospects for the sales team.
Relationship Building: Initiate conversations with potential customers, understanding their needs, and positioning ShippingToGo’s services as the ideal solution.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and hand-off qualified leads.
Reporting: Track and maintain prospect data in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of outreach and client interactions.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and a good understanding of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
