The role of the Executive Assistant at our start-up non-profit will be to assist in event planning, organization, and creating events such as Shabbat dinners, weekly Torah classes, and social events. This is a crucial part of the success of the organization’s programs and activities. Here are some specific responsibilities that the executive assistant in this role has:

Event Planning and Organization: The executive assistant will be responsible for assisting in the planning and organization of JTLV events, including identifying the goals and objectives of the event, determining the target audience, selecting the venue and location, and developing an event timeline.
2. Concept and Idea Development: The executive assistant will need to work closely with the non-profit organization’s leadership team to develop unique and engaging concepts and ideas for each event.
