Your internship with the Customer Success team will be made up of about 70% learning on the job, and 30% learning from your manager and peers. By giving you real projects and real responsibility from day one, we’ll help you both develop the skills you have now and maybe even discover some new ones. You’ll work with different teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, enabling you to experience all aspects of a startup business, and you will be given the freedom to express your abilities and do truly impactful work.
We are looking for motivated and curious people who can handle a high-intensity and fast-paced work environment. The intern that joins us should have strong interpersonal skills and be a responsible and motivated go-getter.

As a Customer Success Intern at EasyWay, you will get hands-on experience with our SaaS product as you assist client onboarding, support account management, and contribute to the optimization of our workflows and platforms.

Qualifications
Must-haves:
– Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
– Excellent communication skills, and a strong can-do mentality
– A dedicated and motivated quick learner
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
