Description

This position will be responsible for mapping and reaching the bridge loans ecosystem to generate a constant deal flow of loan requests.
In addition, responsible for reaching family offices and institutional investors to open accounts and deploy capital through the Atlas platform.
The role will involve building integral processes and working closely with the branding team.

Qualifications

Experience in business development / sales / marketing
Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills

Description

The team is responsible for Atals’ core product, data-driven, actionable insights facilitating the execution of the company’s investment policy in real time.

The team is working as an empowered data intelligence squad, and is in charge of the entire loans’ portfolio strategy and investments end to end.

Responsibilities:
– Discovering new model features ideas and help design data infrastructure to incorporate the features in our product
– Building supportive dashboards and reports and share the knowledge with relevant stakeholders across the company
– Data modeling and mapping
– Building automations and tools to increase efficiancy
– Translating business needs into data-science questions, and working together to find solutions

Qualifications

Requirements:
– Strong communication skills
– A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
– Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
– Fast learner and tech-oriented
– ProgrammingAnalysis experience
