Zorro’s Account Manager Internship is an opportunity to:
Join an extremely fast-paced team working with SMBs in the US
Cultivate relationships and growing our customer base
Play an important role in Zorro’s customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Track our response to any issues that arise and ensure the customer is satisfied with Zorro’s product and service.
Assist with short term tasks, such as creating documents, writing emails and scheduling meetings, as well as long term processes, such as writing operational procedures (SOPs), tracking usage and success measures.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Mother-tongue English (this is a true requirement, please don’t apply if not the case)
Outgoing personality & a self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills
Experience with B2B software products and corporate clients.
Advantage: Background in the US Health Insurance domain
