 Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues(replying to e-mails, follow-ups)
 Search and identify potential affiliates
 Monitoring of partner activities and performance, including quality reports
 Working closely with the Account Managers of the existing campaigns
 Implement new offers from scratch and manage them with the affiliates
 Understand new possibilities with the existing affiliates and communicate them to the sales team to bring new campaigns
 Integration, pixel implementation, testing, and tracking
 Invoicing and payment to affiliates in a monthly basis
 Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
 Manage budgets of 500 fortune brands, analyze performance to optimize spend, determine effectiveness, and meet KPIs.
 Work closely with our Media team, brainstorm, help and support others.
