About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Data Science/ Analysis Intern. The role is part of our Research & Analytics Team, a growing focus as our startup develops with its product. In this dual role, you will combine data-driven insights with client-facing responsibilities,
building data analyses and supporting clients to achieve meaningful product outcomes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our clients fully understand and benefit from the value of our solutions, while also promoting creativity, critical thinking,
and teamwork within our organization for the evolution of our product.
Ultimately, this role is an opportunity for you to showcase your expertise in data analysis and client relations by presenting findings directly to clients, fostering accountability within our organization, and actively cultivating impact externally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction and Relationship Management
○ Provide training or demonstrations to clients on tools, processes, or insights when necessary.
2. Data Analysis, Reporting, and Strategic Insights
○ Collect, analyze, and interpret data with the help of Vinesight’s tools to create insightful, customized reports for clients.
○ Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner, tailoring the information to different client needs.
○ Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and opportunities that benefit clients. Balance a keen attention to detail with the ability to zoom out for big-picture connections, illustrating how data insights align with broader trends or strategic objectives.
○ Develop and communicate recommendations to address clients’ needs, adapting deliverables to technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Client Success and Retention
○ Proactively monitor client health metrics, anticipating potential challenges and proposing timely solutions.
○ Identify opportunities for additional value by understanding clients’ broader challenges and providing innovative solutions.
○ Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering results aligned with their objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
● Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a non-technical audience.

Preferred Qualifications:
● 1-2 years of experience
● Experience in client-facing roles or customer success.
● Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
