Responsibilities:
– Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
– Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
– Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
– Participate in conducting candidate interviews and assist in the assessment process.
– Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate records.
– Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job postings for various roles.
– Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
– Collaborate with senior recruiters and HR specialists on special projects as needed.
– Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to contribute to team discussions and strategy.
Qualifications
– Completed BA or BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field – Must
– Native-level proficiency in English – Must.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Must.
– Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
