At The Craft, we seek a talented and experienced Interior Design Visualization Project Designer to play a pivotal role in our design projects. This individual will be at the heart of our interior creative process as the primary liaison between our clients and the 3D visualization team. With a strong foundation in interior design and a flair for project management, the ideal candidate will guide the briefing process, manage ongoing project changes, and ensure that all client communications are clear, effective, efficient, and aligned with the project’s creative direction.
Responsibilities
Lead the interior design briefing process, working closely with clients to capture their vision, preferences, and requirements for the project.
Managed client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all interior design-related communications and updates.
Collaborate with the 3D visualization team, providing detailed briefs and ongoing guidance to ensure the visualizations accurately reflect the client’s vision.
Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp and AutoCAD to support the visualization process. The ability to work with 3ds Max and Corona Renderer is considered a significant advantage.
Oversee project management responsibilities, including timeline management, scope adjustments, and ensuring deliverables meet the interior design briefs.
Foster a collaborative team environment, help resolve design challenges, and ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to each project.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a closely related field.
2-3 years of professional work experience in interior design, with a strong emphasis on client-facing roles and project management.
Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, specifically SketchUp and AutoCAD. Experience with 3ds Max and Corona Renderer is highly desirable.
A robust portfolio that exhibits a deep understanding of interior design principles and showcases previous work, especially projects where the candidate had a significant client interaction and project management role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and expectations.
