Goals and Objectives
• Build and Maintain perfectly working spaces
• Maintaining a sharp operation of the Brain Embassy Tel Aviv.
• Take a leading and active role in growing the Brain Embassy spaces efficiency
• Lead all constructors and suppliers’ agreements and services
• Support the Brain Embassy sales, community & events team.
• Collaborate with the Brain Embassy sales, community & maintenance teams to ensure that the spaces are running in perfect shape.
• Become the Brain Embassy co-working community contact point for any of the community day to day needs.
Qualifications
• Experience in Administration, hospitality, marketing, retail, startups or related experience with strong operational focus a plus
• Customer service and sales experience preferred;
• Administrative, Project management & business operations experience required
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities
• Work in a fast-growing environment while maintaining great attention to detail
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills
• Strong negotiating skills
• Collaborate and represent the Brain Embassy core value
