Description
• Work closely with the Director of Development, assist and support with the preparation, development and execution of all upcoming and future projects of the Foundation.
• Ongoing oversight of the foundation’s active programs in the fields of welfare, education, community. Including budgetary and operational ongoing supervision.
• Coordination and collaboration with various offices within the municipality
• Presentation preparations for operational meetings and project proposals
• CRM Maintenance and support
• Meeting follow ups, and administrative support
• marketing and communications materials
Qualifications
• High organization, coordination, and planning skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Hebrew at a level of oral communication at the least.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to details
• Work efficiently under pressure; meet deadlines; demonstrate strategic thinking and good decision-making, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel (advantage for prior knowledge of CRM and Exponet)
• A driven person with an exceptional passion for the City of Tel Aviv Yafo.
