• Take conceptual product and design ideas and turn them into valuable and delightful experiences for our users.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Collaborate with a team to define, design and ship new features.

• Own the client engagement process from introduction calls, demos and POCs through to closing
• Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the Steps solution
• Manage the Steps Accelerator to onboard new customers, provide technical support to customers and training on the product
• Be the main point of contact for the relationship with our customers.
• Communicate customer feedback, including the challenges and desired outcomes of our customers with the product team

• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial, etc.), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience doing UX for a mobile B2C solution
• Experience with Sketch or Figma

• Drive the execution of all product life cycle processes for the product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
