Description
The Sales Development Representative will answer to the Business Development Manager/Director of a growing Startup in Jerusalem, dealing with Linguistics and Language Evaluation for Workforce and Education.
The startup is involved in many large scale hiring and education operations around the world, and business development requires engagement with a vast range of clientele and cultures.
The SDR will be involved in the early stages of the sales process, in discovering and penetrating new markets using a variety of lead generation techniques and market research. The SDR will receive training in the basic skills required for lead generation, and will gain an understanding of business development strategies and the abilities necessary for conducting successful skills.
The SDR will conduct routine checks on the leads which they have produced, and will move the leads along the pipeline to the stage of a sales meeting with a member of the business development team.
Qualifications
Required:
High Level Communication Skills in English (Native speaker, High Level Writing)
Ability to Formulate Emails and messages in a clear and concise way, while including key information.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Team Player with good work ethic
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Advantage:
Familiarity with LinkedIn and a properly built account
High Level Hebrew for office communications
Experience in editing
Experience in Customer Success and Sales
