Seemplicity is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our thriving marketing team and lead the day-to-day execution of our global social presence, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.
This is a hands-on role to promote a more creative, modern approach to social media for our business, applying content creation, experimentation, and performance learning to engage and influence our target buyers. You’ll work alongside the marketing team and our sr. marketing manager in Tel Aviv to improve our LinkedIn and social presence, grow our followers, and increase engagement with our content. You will also help monitor website and SEO performance to understand and report on what’s resonating in and beyond social.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build strong social and performance instincts in a fast-moving, modern marketing environment. You will work as part of a team to think beyond just “post and schedule,” and have the opportunity to become a social personality for the business.
Responsibilities include:
1. Create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn content in line with our marketing strategy, focusing on social-native formats.
2. Experiment with different content styles, hooks, and posting approaches.
3. Be comfortable appearing on camera and acting as a visible face of the company when needed.
4. Proactively collaborate with team members across the company to involve them in social content and on-camera participation.
5. Track LinkedIn performance and share simple insights.
Monitor basic website and SEO metrics and flag changes or trends.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Strong interest in social media and content creation.
Comfortable being on camera and speaking to a professional audience.
2. Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Curiosity about performance, metrics, and what makes content work.
3. Ability to work independently and follow directions.
4. Comfortable communicating with people across different teams and seniority levels.
Not required, but nice to have:
1. Experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal) – we’d love to see links or examples of your work if you have them!
2. Familiarity with LinkedIn as a content platform.
3. Exposure to analytics, SEO, or website reporting tools (e.g., GA4).
