Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients.
The SDR will work closely with the Sales Director and play a role in building the sales pipeline by generating qualified meetings through outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Outreach
• Conduct outbound outreach via email and other relevant channels to introduce our solutions and book meetings for the Sales Director.
• Personalize messages and consistently follow up to boost engagement.
Lead Generation & List Building
• Research and build targeted client lists based on ICPs.
• Identify decision-makers and keep CRM data current.
Sales Collaboration
• Align with the Sales Director on accounts, messaging, and priorities.
• Prepare meeting briefs and share prospect feedback to improve sales strategy.
Pipeline & CRM Management
• Track all outreach activities and results in CRM.
• Monitor key metrics and ensure seamless lead handoff.
Continuous Improvement
• Test and refine outreach strategies.
• Stay informed about products and competitors.
• Proactively suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
