Description
-Brand Design: Contribute to the creative process for brand projects from conceptualization to execution. Develop and refine visual concepts, ensuring all design elements are cohesive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client objectives and brand strategy.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, brand designers, motion designers, and marketing designers. Contribute positively to the team and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
-Design Excellence: Uphold high standards of design quality in all deliverables. Continuously push creative boundaries to deliver innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs. Ensure that all designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with the client’s brand identity.
-File Management and Organization: Ensure all working files are systematically organized and maintained, making them easily accessible for team members. Implement a standardized file-naming convention and directory structure to ensure consistency and efficiency in file management.
-Time Reporting: Accurately track and report time spent on various projects. Submit time reports regularly as per the company’s guidelines, ensuring each task and project follows the provided estimations and delivery times. If deviations occur, promptly raise a flag to address the issue.
Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Brand Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design projects.
Deep understanding of branding, typography, and visual design principles.
-Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
-A keen eye for aesthetics and details, along with a passion for delivering impactful brand experiences.
