• Prepare analysis and written investment materials about potential investment opportunities and/or currently owned properties
• Translate relevant materials from German to English and vice versa
• Conducting industry research, market analysis, and investment due diligence
• Assisting with monitoring the current portfolio
Qualifications
• Native German speaker is a must.
• Excellent writing skills and business understanding.
• Interest in the real estate world.
• Attention to details and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic working environment
