What You Will Do ?
Research and gather intel on campaigns in the competitive landscape and propose creative ideas based on it. Support the email team and work with external email agency to execute campaigns end-to-end
Analyze creative and copy performance across various marketing channels including email, direct mail and digital channels.
Perform weekly post-campaign analysis on key KPIs like response rates, business performance metrics and present recommendations based on them to the broader team
Propose and implement hypothesis-driven tests, analyze test and campaign results, and action recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
What We Need ?
We are looking for a Marketing Intern with a passion for learning and developing skills for end-to-end marketing campaign execution, campaign analysis and competitive market research. The ideal candidate has the basic understanding of digital marketing and marketing principles, possesses strong communication skills and can work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Working knowledge of digital/email marketing principles
Marketing creative/content development experience a plus
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint are must haves
Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time
Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques
Excited, and eager to learn!
