Makeree’s interactive user guides transform what were once painstaking processes, into smooth, interactive and engaging user experiences. But we’re also doing much more than offering a fantastic user experience for consumers. Unlike paper and PDF user manuals, Makeree’s interactive guides are “live”, providing brands unprecedented access to their end users. Our product collects rich data on product usage and pain points, which can feed built-in customer support connected to a smartphone’s camera; open a new channel for cross-selling and marketing; a CMS for improving & expanding content in real time; and much more. With our core technology developed and several dozen brands already using Makeree, we are now looking to scale-up our deal flow with a more staff and interns.
