Ensure proper fermentation, proofing, and baking processes to maintain product consistency and excellence.
Maintain strict adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Oversee mise en place for daily production and anticipate product needs based on demand.
Collaborate with the pastry and bakery teams to develop new recipes and seasonal items.
Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the production area.
Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to the head chef or production manager.
Assist in training junior staff or apprentices when required.
