Description
As an Administrative Intern at the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to ensure smooth administrative processes and assist in maintaining accurate records. This position offers valuable experience in the non-profit sector and provides an opportunity to contribute to our mission of supporting widows and orphans of fallen IDF soldiers.
Responsibilities include assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence; maintaining and updating databases and records accurately; providing general support to staff members as needed; upholding confidentiality and sensitivity when handling sensitive information; contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes; other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who are currently enrolled in or recent graduates of relevant degree programs such as Business Administration or Public Administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential. While previous experience in administrative support roles or data entry is a plus, we also value individuals who demonstrate sensitivity to working with individuals who have experienced loss or trauma. Fluency in Hebrew and English is preferred, but not required.
