Help run HiBob’s social media channels, answering communications, taking pictures, etc.
Prefer someone who has an understanding of social media and marketing but not entirely necessary. Good grammar and spelling are a must.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will:
– Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to assist in the coordination and administration of TA transactions (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, etc).
– Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
– Work closely with different departments to make sure all the interviews are scheduled on time (R&D, Product, Marketing, Customer Success).
– Work in Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data.
– Participate and assist in different Talent Acquisition and crossfunctional projects
– Great communications skills
– Organized person
– Prioritization skills
– Bilingual/ Fluent in English
– Eager to learn more about recruiting
– Experience with Slack, HR systems, ATS (a plus)
– Hebrew speaking (a plus)
