Description
The intern will support the agency in social media management, content creation, and day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts (lifestyle, education, health, real estate, craftsmanship, etc.).
This is a hands-on, creative position with real responsibility and opportunities to learn.
Examples of tasks and responsibilities:
• Assisting in creating social media content (posts, carousels, stories, Reels, scripts).
• Helping with video editing (selecting footage, adding subtitles, basic cuts).
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative research for new formats.
• Supporting the management of client social media accounts (publishing posts, scheduling content, community engagement).
• Assisting in organizing photo/video shoots with freelance creators.
• Helping develop the communication of Hello’Com itself: behind-the-scenes content, stories, Reels, portfolio updates.
• Preparing visual materials using Canva and supporting the creation of presentations.
• Conducting basic competitive research and trend monitoring for clients.
• Collaborating with freelancers (photographers, editors, designers) on shared projects.
• Supporting administrative and organizational tasks (notes from client meetings, file management, project follow-up).
The role is dynamic and varies depending on ongoing client projects. The intern will be accompanied, trained, and gradually gain autonomy on responsibilities.
Qualifications
Fluency in French is required, as most of our clients and content are French-speaking.
Good English is a plus.
No specific degree is required, but we are looking for someone who:
• Comes from a marketing / communication background
• Has at least one previous internship experience (even short)
• Is creative and comfortable with social media platforms
• Writes clearly and can adapt the tone of voice
• Is motivated to learn and open to feedback
• Is organized and able to manage several tasks at once
• Has an interest in content creation (design, video editing, storytelling)
• Has an interest in AI
Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is an advantage
